Ongoing web support & content publishing packageProject-basedYou give me a web design mockup and I build you a website/web page; starting at $200 – $500+/page.
- Service offer: WordPress web development package
- Work includes:
- Develop the web pages based on the provided mockup
- Customize all the pages for responsive design
- Optimize images (resize, compress, lazy-load) and performance
- Troubleshoot development-related issues
- Up to 3 refinement revisions of the entire site after all pages are built
- Price: Starts at $200 – $500+/page depending on page length and complexity.
- Note: If more revisions or unexpected, extensive troubleshooting are needed, then it’s billed hourly ($50/hour)
- Payment term: Payments are collected based on project milestones throughout the work process.
Overview of work processes
Stage 1: Discovery
- We have a discovery call.
- We decide if we’re a good fit or not.
Stage 2: Proposal
- I send you a proposal and pricing estimate for the service of your interest.
- You make a final decision on whether you want to proceed.
Stage 3: Contract
- I send you a contract and the first invoice.
- You sign the contract and make the payment.
Stage 4: Start working
- You send me the web design mockup & other assets and grant me access to the site and other software needed to complete the work.
- I complete the work.
Stage 5: Refinement
- You give me feedback on the work.
- I refine the work.
- You give me the final approval.
Stage 6: Delivery
- I delivered the finished project & any other deliverables e.g. web document.
- I give you the final suggestions/resources for the project.
Stage 7: Wrap up
- You remove my access to your website & other accounts.
- I collect the last payment of the project.
Stage 8: Launch
- Each of us promotes the project publicly thru our own channels.
- I make a request for a testimonial and feedback from you.
Ongoing web support packageI provide you with monthly web support for $150/month.
- Service offer: Monthly WordPress web support package
- Work includes:
- Web maintenance & update:
- Back up website
- Update themes, plugins, WordPress version, PHP version
- Troubleshooting issues that might occur
- Web documentation
- Web optimization:
- Optimize database tables
- Media optimization (compress, add alt text, etc.)
- Declutter unused web elements and organize the back office
- Small content edits/updates (if time allows):
- Edit texts, colors, attributes, sections, etc.
- Change/upload images
- Small content organizing
- Web maintenance & update:
- Price: $150/month for up to 4 hours of work per month.
- Note:If there’s any troubleshooting that extends beyond 4 hours/month, then it’s billed hourly ($50/hour).
- Payment term: The payment will be collected monthly.

- Work includes:
- Web maintenance & publishing:
- Back up website
- Update themes, plugins, WordPress version, PHP version
- Troubleshooting issues that might occur
- Web documentation
- Web optimization:
- Optimize database tables
- Media optimization (compress, add alt text, etc.)
- Declutter unused web elements and organize the back office
- Small content edits/updates:
- Edit texts, colors, attributes, sections, etc.
- Change/upload images
- Small content organizing
- Full-on content formatting and publishing tasks (publishing 1 article takes about 15 minutes)
- Upload media and add image attributes (alt texts, captions, descriptions, etc.)
- Add and format texts, and text attributes e.g. inbound/outbound links
- Publish content or schedule publishing date
- Web maintenance & publishing:
- Price: $350/month for up to 8 hours of work per month
- Note: If there’s any troubleshooting that extends beyond 8 hours/month, then it’s billed hourly ($50/hour).
- Payment term: The payment will be collected monthly.
